Payment Terms & Security Policy
IDP Consulting Group offers both precious metal bullion coins and
related products in addition to foreign and numismatic rare coins
certified by PCGS (Professional Coin Grading Service) and NGC
(Numismatic Guaranty Corporation). All numismatic coins are
professionally graded and sonically sealed in an inert plastic holder
and individually serial numbered and guaranteed to be authentic and
properly graded. All precious metals transactions are locked-in
with a corresponding confirmation number for each client’s personal
record. Payment settlement for all precious metal transactions
are payable by bank-wire to IDP Consulting Group within 48 hours unless
other arrangements have been made.
All coins and bullion products are
discreetly shipped within 7-10 days by registered/insured U.S. Mail, UPS
or FedEx within the continental U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska. IDP
Consulting Group liability, either in tort or in contract, shall be
limited to replacement of any defective goods, excluding incidental or
consequential damage. It is the intention of IDP Consulting Group
to provide quality products and service to our clients.
Occasionally, online retailers will offer special promotions or “loss
leaders” to attract customers. If you are offered coins that are
part of our normal product line we will make every effort to match or
beat our competitor’s price. Please contact our office for ABA routing and account information for all bank-wires.
It is our policy at IDP Consulting Group
to honor our client’s privacy and confidentiality unless required by
IRA regulations or existing federal laws. To better assure our
client’s privacy we do not accept cash payment for precious metals or
rare coin purchases. The Department of the Treasury and the IRS
have defined “cash” as U.S. currency, cashier’s checks, bank drafts,
traveler’s checks, and money orders which are reportable on Form
8300. Pursuant to Section 352 of the USA PATRIOT Act adopted in
July 11, 2005, we are also required to secure proper ID and valid
addresses for all prospective clients.
It should be noted that any personal
information entered on this site is not shared with any other party for
commercial reasons. We have taken several steps to protect
confidential client information. The host server that supports IDP
Consulting Group is physically located where only we have lock-and-key
access. Secondly, we employ security and firewall technology that
prevents unauthorized entry into our server over the Internet. Thirdly,
all access (including possible security breaches) to our server is
logged. Lastly, our server is constantly reviewed by qualified and
professional engineers and updated against new security risks and any
threats as they are identified. We appreciate your trust,
